Yes, it's a pyjama case. I have a Bowtie one. I don't know much more than that.

There were only 3 of them in total - the Cotton Candy one you have, a Bow Tie in the same sleeping position and there was also a Trickles who is sitting up with her eyes open. Cotton Candy comes up the most followed by Bow Tie and Trickles is very hard to find.

They were a UK released product but I think they may also have gotten into a handful of other markets. She is super popular and in an international auction I would put her around $25-28. Although you can sometimes find them cheaper on ebay uk if a seller will not ship or if shipping is too high.

So yes she is a real MLP product - licensed by Hasbro to another manufacturer.
