Help shipping a book from the US to Canada, Please???

Hi all,

My mom really wants a book that is available in the US for a reasonable price, under $30 but in Canada is over $100.  It's used from Amazon.com and the shipper won't send to Canada.  Would some kind soul play intermediary for the book?  I will, of course, pay all expenses plus a gratuity for your trouble, which can be in money or pony form, whichever you prefer.  Thank you so very much for looking and any help that you can offer.

I hate it when they do that.  I dont think they realize it costs less in some cases to ship over here then it does within their own country.
