week4 of my airbrush trauma.....
I am sending my mother to her local harbor freight in hopes that she can track down the right adapter (she is driving over on Sat for a birthday)
so FINGERS CROSSED I can get my bait airbrushed Sunday and on-ward!

BUT my hair order came in the meantime.....so with luck I can get hair and airbrushing this week....please please please let this time work out

Oh dear.  That doesn't sound good.

My own airbrushing issues have been mostly resolved. The airbrush medium worked well for the paint, though I used more than the directions said. The metallic paint still clogged up the airbrush, but it took a lot longer. That's a win, right??

I got about half my pony painted, so it's just been finding the time to do the rest of the airbrushing.

Jupiter, I was stalking your custom page , and found your eye tutorial. The steps are very nice, you actually make it seem doable! Now I'm actually thinking of trying to paint my custom's eyes instead of leaving the hasbro eyes like I planned. Thanks for putting that tutorial up!

OH YAY!! eyes are my favorite part! (and believe me, even now, I will take them off and re-do them two or three times if they arent working right....no shame in a re-do)
I can't wait to see them!

going to dinner with the 'rents tonight, mom picked up a new airbrush hose that she says has an adapter....so with luck I can get this crap done tomorrow once i get this pile-o-ponies airbrushed I can start painting details!

well it took me way longer than it should, but i got the new airbrush working well enough to get this pony started
