So what exactly does 'newbie' mean here? New to the arena, or new to swaps? I've been here for almost a year but I've never done a swap before xD;

Little bit of both, really. The requirements are lower for the newbie section; if you don't have a lot of feedback, or if you haven't made many customs, you can be placed in the newbie section. Also, I'd like to point out that, if you do meet the requirements, but you feel as though you would like to be put in the newbie category due to skill level, I can do that. Just let me know which category you want to be in when you send in your signup.

Signups start in a little over two weeks -- for those of you who need feedback, there's still time to get it!
