I don't believe she is, but Italian Version is.

Well, there's no such thing really as European Tootsie The white Hong Kong version had a modest European release, but not all countries, including the UK Mostly she was sold in Northern Europe. European release seems to be split between HK green, HK white and Italian white.

HK white Tootsie loosely falls under the Nirvana umbrella in the same way as HK yellow Moondancer, but she can equally be at home in Pony Corral

The Tootsie on the left in my pic is HK white on UK card (though she was never sold here, she was distributed by Hasbro UK elsewhere) and the one on the left is Italian white on Italian card. I do have an HK white on a different card as well, but no pics at the moment.

Aa okey, thank you for clearing that up.
I have a white Tootsie and i only learned about the green one after i joined here, it was such an suprise.
Altough, here there is always something new to see, im glad about that.
