I'm still lacking ideas. I thought I had the perfect bait, but it was already coloured, and now I cannot make up my mind whether to go with that colour or use another bait. Siiigh. So glad we still have time!

Oh partner oh partner a dilemma I have - would you be upset if I did my carousel pony like the real ones with a romance side and a non romance side? Or would that make you feel cheated since the non romance side is not as fancy as the one you see when you walk up to the carousel?

Well since I don't even know what a romance side is, I'd guess I'd have to say it doesn't matter much to me! I'm guessing the fancy side is the display side right?

Sorry I am so used to thinking that way, but yeah romance side is the fancy or display side. In the USA, the right side is normally the romance side since that is the way the carousel turned and is the side that faced out to folks walking up to the carousel would see. It would be fully detailed, while the off side or to pony folks non display side would have plainer carving. I do all my Breyer customs that way so was wondering how pony peeps might take it.

I wouldn't mind at all

On another note... I finished my sculpting. I finished, mainly because I knew that if I'd kept playing with it, I'd ruin things, so I put a base coat of paint over everything to prevent me from adding anything else. And hair showed up today! Woot!

Little update on my own carousel project.
She's finished!!!

I'm just waiting for her hair to dry and set so I can give her her own thread and stop stealing this one :p
