I always forget about extras in custom swaps cause im so focused on the custom tho i may get some candies to throw in.....

I did a fair amount of work on mine yesterday, with Everybody Loves Raymond playing in the background

Finishing up my paint! Should be able to knock out the hair tomorrow once she's totally dry. Then just have to finish up my extra and I'll be ready to ship! I used a super grody bait (layers and layers of old paint and stains) and I'm really pleased with how well the FBR turned out! You'd never know she was icky before.

Can't wait to ship!

Finally got some work done on pony tonight! I might even be done in time for shipping!

Whew! I did the whole FBR, symbol, eyes, sealer, gloss, etc. in one sitting.  She's all ready to get her hair in tomorrow!  And I know 100% that the sealer will be all dry before she ships, which I'm always a bit paranoid about.  I am super pleased with the result, even though I only got one baby finished.  I really hope you like her, partner, because I think she's going to be as cute as can be once her hair is all in!

I found some other cute little extras, so as soon as I finish up my main one, I'll stick those in too.  I haven't ever really done extras for a custom swap before, but this one is just begging for it lol.

if we already showed you the finished pony, shall we send in more for the final check in too? like for extras and the complete set?

i´m thinking of sending a cd with music as extra, what do you all think about that? it would be a collection fitting to the pony, would that be okay or does someone dislike that?
