Moondancer - How to tell the difference?
« on: November 27, 2012, 03:18:09 AM »
Every so often there's Yellow Moondancers poping up on a Swedish auctionsite and every time I'm just as tempted to buy her. However, how can you tell if it's an actuall yellow Moondancer or if it's a normal Moondancer that has yellowed over time?

Well I took a gamble which I usually never do

I found a lot on the Swedish auctionsite Tradera: http://www.tradera.com/my-little-pony-auktion_340796_169271987 that only states that the ponies are in very loved condition and some have had their bangs cut and some have some marks on them.
Nothing more, nothing less.

So in the very last minute I decided to put in a low offer and just see how it went. Turns out I won the lot for 61kr which is about $8.50.

Now I have no idea if I really managed to get a real Yellow Moondancer through this lot or not and in what condition she might turn up in lol.

Cheers for easing my worries if I made the right choise or not :P

I was both super exited to win this lot and I regreted it lol. If it was indeed a yellow Moondancer and she's in good condition I felt it was gonna be awesome to get her :) But I also thought, what if she turns up in horrible condition - that's gonna be so disapointing and not to mention I'm gonna have to find homes for the rest of the little ponies in that lot.

But time will tell and I will tell ;)
