well after speaking to my old friend Voldemort he decided that after killing harry potter he could possibly fit me in to his calender.............. no not really just washed it as normal and then curled it with straws.

I just had a little fangasm those ponies are GORGEOUS!!~ WOW! They look absolutely wonderful, you should be very proud of them!!  I particularly like what you did with Princess Royal Blue!

Don't make it sound like it was easy! I did the same with mine and got the nice result you got too (she's much better like that!) so yeah washing and then straw curls but you forgot to mention the middle step which is break too many combs trying to untangle her mess of hair! THAT took me way more time than needed!

I was never really into the brushables seeing that their hair can get sort of crazy, BUT after browsing through THESE ARE WONDERFUL! I am in love with the hair styles. Fabulous work everyone!

How'd you get that little upward swoop in Scootaloo's hair? That's the finishing touch missing from mine!

I'll try and explain it as best as I can, but my memory's a bit foggy since it's been a few weeks since I styled her.

First I curled the bangs around something really thin, like a barbecue skewer or coffee stirrer, and taped it in place. After that I poured boiling water then cold water over it so it would keep its shape. If I remember correctly, I kept the bangs a little longer while I curled them by about an inch or two, then worked with the curl and snipped it into shape after it had dried so the bangs wouldn't be too long or swoop up too far. I imagine you could do the same thing with a shorter-banged Scootaloo too, but getting the hair around the skewer might be a bit aggravating.

I hope that made sense. I remember using a tutorial while styling her, but I can't find it now. Hope it works out for you if you decide to try it!
