PC Italian Butterscotch

I bought this Italian Butterscotch yesterday in a lot and I was wondering, how much is she really worth?
She is a bit darkish but not brown, and have white hair. I actually thought that she was Jenny before I saw her IRL but that was just the camera + a bad angle that made me think so^^;
She seem to be in good condition if one ignores her slightly frizzy hair (which Im gonna fix tomorrow)

She usually goes around $20-25 last I checked, assuming she's the normal version (stamped eyes)
