I think it was July Jubilee.  If I remember correctly, I was growing out of the ponies, but we went to check out the new Toys R Us (they had just changed locations and had a whole new look to go with it), and they had the birthstone ponies at the front.  I asked my grandma (I think it was her that I was with) if I could have her.  I may not have played with them anymore but it was my birthstone.  She was happy to get her for me...

I still have her to this day (although detinseled now).

3  very cheap loose g2 ponies on the fair !   It was between 2001-2002 and there  were no ponies in shops !

Surprisingly, yes. Mine was G3 Chilly Breezes! I was getting out of ponies because, well... I was at that age in school where TOYS WERE LAAAAME so I wasn't too excited about her. So she looks pretty much perfect- I never even took her hat off. I think she's worming her way into my favorites in my heart though, I love the colors in her mane!

Hmmm... I think the last pony I got before starting to buy them as a collector was Light Up Family Princess Silver Swirl and Baby Swirly. I was about... I don't know, 12 or 13 maybe? I don't remember very well the circumstances, either... After that, I started buying a pony on my birthday and Christmas, but only after a few years... So, I missed pretty much all the nice G3s xD Must make up for the lost years now !

My last pony was Raincurl, whom I got when i was 6 for Christmas.  She wasn't played with much because I didn't have any other ponies at he same time so she's still in lovely shape now.

Unhappily I can not participate as I got only one My little pony during my childhood:  Tickle  , I got her from my parents at one christmas I should have 6 years old at that moment. I also got Remcos from my mother after , but not for special occasions

Rosedust and Honeysuckle - when I was a little girl and thanks to the MLP movie they were like the best ever ponies and when I got them I honestly was completely happy with my "complete" little collection of a dozen or so ponies and after them no one else was added.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think my last was Baby Brightbow when I was 12. It's possible it was actually Dazzle Glow and Bunny Hop which got at a BOGO sale at KB Toys, also when I was 12, but I'm leaning more towards Baby Brightbow.

I remember, even after I quit buying ponies, I'd still go check the toy aisles to see what ponies were there. I remember being very tempted to buy a pair of Teeny Tiny Twins when I saw them, but I didn't because I was afraid if someone saw me buy them, they'd make fun of me.

I can't really remember, it was either the pink pony with the ice cream soda (can't remember her name right now) or Teeny Tiny Twins Rattles and Tattles.  I remember my grandma bought Rattles and Tattles for me and Bootsie and Tootsie for my cousin when we went shopping with her one time.

Hmmm... given that I mostly collected my original ponies as a preteen and teen... does that count?

If so, it was Springy of the Colourswirl trio, and I kind of just bought her and put her away with the rest of the herd.   I'm glad I grew out of that angsty-young-adult/put-away-your-toys-forever business; I'm much happier with ponies (and lots of other toys!) about.

Two different ones, technically. My last bought in the store one was that anniversary pony, the white one covered in ribbons and streamers? And the last one given to me before the internet revealed it was full of ponies was Baby Leaper, from my bff who found him at a garage sale when we were thirteen and was like, hey, I just thought this might be something you'd like! This was when all my ponies were all boxed up and everything too. <3 her. I miss her, but life drifted us apart.

I only had Hippity Hop and Princess Royal Blue.  I *think* Hippity Hop would have been first so that would make Princess Royal Blue the last.

I think my last pony was Pony Bride, although it could have been Baby Soft Steps. One of the two.
