I know in the past Tina's said that when orders are really busy she basically just pushes e-mail aside to fill orders, so with the new hair colors coming in I'm sure she's very busy and that's what's happened. But she did also say that she's trying to make sure her customer service levels are better, so I'd keep e-mailing until you are able to get a response. Hopefully you'll get your other hair sent soon or get a refund
