Eternia this  isnt about you.. and  i think the ones calling it liek they see it  a scam are only trying to prevent  you from  being hurt  and possibly  losing your money if you invest into it. the person doing this is misrepresetning..   the shirts   are obviously of mlp cahrecters..   and  yes  there is a chance that you might get this  plush  if you gave them the  money or you may  not.   this  person also may just take the money and you and anyone else  who  donates to this loses out on there money. and doesnt get therre items. 

if you cosndier donating just be wary that it may not end well..  just tkae a few mitnus and think  yes it is exiticng but why is eeverythign covered why is he represtning my little pony as sailor moon?

Has anyone reported the page to Hasbro yet?    Or possibly Funrise as they stand to lose the most "money" as they are the licensed manufacturer of MLP plushies.  $5k is right about where they start to care about litigation.  Kickstarter doesn't give your money back if you donate so it sounds more or less like donors might end up paying his legal fees if he gained access to funds prior to his C&D letter being received.
