I found the tin at a Fred Meyer with the 14.99 price.  It's a branch of Kroger, so if your looking for the tin locally and have either of those stores it might be worth checking them out.
Also, thanks for the UPC code.  I found out they had it by calling and asking them to look that up.

Does anyone know anything about this, also has the whole picture of this?

It might be a misplaced card.  It says value pack on the card which I remember reading is supposed to be a cut down version with just a couple base cards.  It's possibly a unique set for those packs that accidentally got added to a regular pack.

So, looks like I need to track down this new ITEM # MLP2-GP2522 pack and try to find new cards.

Grats on the rare Gold Foil too! And you got an extra character card too! (So who knows what was actually supposed to be in this pack normally.)

Could be an error or could be new/different item number on the pack.

EDIT: The different item number could also be a regional thing: where are you located? My info is from the packs in the USA (Utah specifically).

EDIT: Went to my local Target and found they have that UPC/ITEM# on their packs. Bought 3 and found just normal cards, so I think this was a packaging error. Congrats!

I did assume the packaging machine threw in the wrong card, normally if that does happen it does mean there is a box of cards with wrong/mixed cards.

Wasn't there some form of value pack for series 1? I could be mixing it up with something else, but I think it only came with a few cards from the base set and no checklist card.  Anyway, if that's actually a thing (looks like a 6 or, more probably based on spacing and the poster, 9 card puzzle) I'm going to be sad if I have to hunt down a checklist puzzle or something.

So This is another puzzle that's not on any list, these cards come from the "Value Pack" it contains no foils or stickers just common / tattoo / and exclusive puzzle of fillies from the value pack. I don't know where to get them but they sound cheaper then  the normal packs.

I was told by some collector in person that has like every mlp card from enter-play even the one's I've never seen before makes me curious why enter-play are hiding hidden cards for :o.
