One of my close friends shared this with me last night.. if you're having a hectic day, are overtired, your head is pounding or simply overflowing with thought, there are 3 steps you should follow..

First, click on this. Follow all of the instructions..

Next, go here - you can vent to your heart's desire, and no one will read it..

Finally, wind down with this.

It's a godsend when you're in that horrible restless thought mode.. hope that some of you find it helpful <3
