How do you arrange your collection?

I sort by gen, type and pose ^^

I sort mostly by generation, but as per the above, I make some exceptions depending on my mood. And there are always some ponies of all generations on display on our entertainment center.

Mine are kind of scattered throughout my room but I picked "by generation" since the different gens do end up clumped together. My biggest group is the g4s and they are arranged semi-randomly but I try to put the ponies that I think are friends together, if that makes sense

Most of my herd live in storage tubs in my closet, but my free-range ponies are scattered around my computer desk. My favorite area is the Cutie Mark Crusaders hanging out with my Egon figure and my Papo T-Rex. ^_^

Since I mainly have G4s, I arrange them by type and then by color in a nice big rainbow.

I sort my loose ponies by generation first, and then I sort my G4's by size and then by actual pony, since I have a ton of repeats. I just put my G3's and G1's where I think they look nice, since I don't have that many.
