You'll do alright, I hate how buyers have all the power, and sellers have no power AND have to pay for all those extra fee's. remember old ebay, when it only cost like a $1.20 to sell something, no 11% taken off original sale price, and a seller could actually leave negative feedback!

keep ur head up, this is blow over eventually!!! and you will come out shining! I hope!

So glad this all worked out for you in the end. That is so frustrating and anxiety-inducing. You handled it VERY well! The real rub of it all is that buyers can take for freak'n every to pay but if a day or two goes by and tracking has been added then many buyers freak out. I once had someone take 10 days to pay (kept in contact the whole time though...) and finally paid on a Tuesday. I usually don't ship until Friday or Saturday and try to end my auctions close to those days. Anyway, they dinged me for slow shipping ha ha. That cracked me up.

I really think this buyer thought she could twist my arm because I was a "new" seller. I really had to bite my tongue (figuratively, of course) not to say "I've been selling on this other account for 15 years & I'm not taking any of your crap"... but I really didn't want to give her any unnecessary info. Keep it short & to the point.
