I've tried voting multiple times, and while it lets me select Spyro and click submit, it also says at the top of the next page "Thank you, we have already counted your vote." Is everyone else getting this message too? Or is it just me?

It mostly depends on your computer and browser settings. Some browsers clear data on a daily basis and so it lets you vote again each day, others don't. Some browsers you can clear the data yourself and it will let you vote again, for others that doesn't work. It's all over the place.

Yeah it depends... I tried it in Chrome's incognito mode and it didn't work

Ah I've never seen that before. I will try again tomorrow and see if it says that.
