Yup as NoPonySpecial says the bolt will unfortunately be a result of cheap and lazy manufacture - much easier to make moulds which are flat on one side and then bolt 2 together to create a 3D shape than to mould an entire pony.

I dont think I have seen these particular ones before but I have seen something similar...congrats on the find Pinecone its always to cool to encounter pony toys no matter where and what they are!

Anyway, they're really weirdly cute, and thanks again, Pinecone, for the heads-up on this set.   I think I'm developing a soft spot for fakies in general, but especially for blatantly ripped-off fakies in particular.

I love those fakies, but these ones you've shown us....eugh, no thanks! Too odd for me! I've also heard they're very hollow!
