One of mine is a Euro pony who is too expensive mostly for me to buy when she comes up. The others are Nirvana variants, but really I would collect variants of some ponies that don't even exist, i.e. the same pony but with a different colour scheme or in a different pose. I am not sure whether I'd normally class that kind of thing as a grail, but otherwise one of my big grails is MIB Rosette, and that wouldn't work at all for this challenge! So I'm working on grails that are ponies who don't exist (except in my mind) mostly. Haha.

Well one of the ponies I requested is a prototype, so I will never get that pony. I have never even seen this pony as it is just said to exist in a museum in brazil. I have seen customs of her but thats it. Other ponies are expensive and just dont pop up very often, because only one or two are known of.

Most of my research to figure out grails was on Dream Valley, are there any really good sites like that that show off all the nirvanas, prototypes etc? I don't think I've ever even seen any G1 prototypes tbh

I did my research on Strawberry Reef and My Little Wiki.

Actually... To my partner, whoever that may be, I have a few more grails that I forgot to add to my list. I really like Ringlet, the Rainbow Curl pony, and the Greek ponies, Ladybird and Birthday. Also, to be more specific about what I said about liking the Argentina Rainbow Ponies, my favorites out of those are Buttons and Gingerbread.

ETA: Oh! And also, the unnamed adult Dutch ponies, particularly, Diary Pony, Singalong Pony, Star Pony and Heart Pony. (I'm sorry I have so many grails!

Oh oh, I love Dutch Star pony too so that can be added to my list! Also any pony I like could be greatly improved with a rainbow mane and tail

You should search the gallery here! It is full of grail goodness. It shows I think all the prototypes that are known to us.

Thanks for the link suggestions everypony! Fortunately I'm still happy with the list I made, but if we ever do a second grail swap in the future, I know of a few I'll be adding to my list!

For me...I have to keep my grails somewhat realistic for my finances and future. There are so many prototypes and gorgeous Nirvanas out there! The color combos, the poses, ~~the unicorns because I am kinda biased...;~~ the over all look of them...everything appeals to me about the ones I chose. All the Greeks are gorgeous, to me. ^^ I actually saw someone with a Greek Moon Dancer at the Pony Fair this year and I keep seeing her whenever I think of ones I would possibly like to own one day. And, I don't know many of the G1 prototypes, so that link is super helpful, LadySatine! Thank you. ^ ^ I think my list just tripled even opening that link.

Too many pretty ponies to handle! Hehe
