Ahh, that's why I don't have any of those. They will get in the way of stuff :lol: You know, important things, like making posts about snails on pony forums.

Yep... I came to a point in my life when I had to decide between snails and children.  It was tough, and there were some pros and cons to each.  They both tend to slow you down, but in the end I chose to have children because, if nothing else, they give me an excuse to buy toys without people thinking I've gone round the bend.  :nuts:

I'm pretty used to people thinking I'm loopy :lol: I do tend to creep around the pony aisles in toy shops though. There are kids going I WANT THAT ONE AND THAT ONE AND THAT ONE and I am, like, sneaking over to see if there are any other FS ponies behind all the Rainbow Dashes  :rofl:

My sons are 9 and 10, so I went through a long non-collecting phase, but after my daughter was born last year I was like, "Hey, I can start buying girl's toys again, yay!!!"  Maybe borrow a niece (if you have one) or a friend's daughter to help you feel a little less sneaky when you're in the pony aisle. ;)

I actually don't know any children I don't think. I'm an only child so there's no opportunity for nieces, and most of my friends don't have children. This is somewhat of a deliberate act (not the only child thing, my parents did that, obviously) as I'm not the world's biggest fan of children anyway. I just like all their stuff :lol:

I feel I have severely derailed the snail thread...
