The Trixie with the star is one of the "special ponies" which is coming in Wave 7 of the blind bags - there is also a Twilight Sparkle and Twilight Velvet with the 3D star.

The other girls are the G4 versions of some G3 ponies - all of whom are coming in the Walmart Exclusive Pinkie Pie and Friends box set

This is the other offputting point, G4s are pricey and they are riddled with factory flaws. I have gone off them, even the idea of buying off taobao (I don't get a customs charge here) and selling on at cost for ponyfolk doesn't appeal anymore.

The only advantage of Walmart exclusives is that they are at least likely to turn up on shelves over here in Asda. But we  are certainly in the UK starting to seriously fall behind in releases in general.

Wal-mart hardly had exclusives as far as I know, just plushies, posters, and this, unless I'm mistaken, Target and TRU have had literally 10x more exclusives to them each, so it's not really fair to poor Wal-mart.

I agree with Starly, Walmart has had very little exclusives so far. Everyone else has had many exclusives (TRUs & Target). It's sad that not all Walmart are evenly getting ponies and some people may have a harder time than others at getting these but I think Walmart does deserve a few exclusives every now and then.

"Pinkie Pie and friends"...? What she is the only one allowed to have friends? They can't be Rainbow Dash's friends or just general friends?

I do love that they appear to be all redos of G3's, though! I see Waterfire and Cinnemon Swirl and a bunch of others!

(I'm also tickled that I don't have to buy this set since I bought a random lot of blind bags on ebay from China and all these ponies came in the lot! Yay for saving money!)

I agree that Walmart hasn't been getting into the exclusive game much before now. I think the two princess FS ponies are the only ones they really claim as exclusives (unless you count the posters).
