Length of Parade Pizzazz's elastics?

I'm going to try to restore my Parade Pizzazz saddle blanket and give it new elastics. I have just bought silver elastics that seem to be a very good match but what I would like to know is the length of the original elastics. If anyone that has the saddle blanket with unbroken original elastics could measure them and tell me how long they are it would be much appreciated. Preferably in cm but inches work too.

Oh, that's another problem. I would like TAF Scoops to wear it but I don't own her (yet), so we'll see...
