I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it now... I just lost my car in an accident so transportation is going to be difficult for me. I could probably still take the ferry as a walk-on passenger, but getting to the party from there will be harder.

Oh I am sorry to hear about your accident- are you okay?

If you wanted to come still though- the ferry is a great idea.  Once you get off the Ferry to downtown Seattle- jump on the Light Rail at the University Station (right up the steps from the ferry) -  then get off on the Beacon Hill exit- (when it goes underground is how you will know you are close)  - the train comes every 10 minutes on Sat.

Once you get to Beacon Hill- it is about five blocks or so to my house- (this is my commute to/from downtown nearly every day)  I can give you more specific instructions if you need- just PM me

Yeah- it actually can be quite fun- I learned that they dump the new toys in the afternoon- so if people (or some people) want to check it out- we could go around 1:30 p.m. --

Sometimes there are fantastic rescues there!  But yes- hand sanitizer is good- I will also be handing out gloves!

I can't be at the meet, but would it be possible for for me to send along / drop off my Perm Shoppe set and people could do a "silent auction" type thing on it?  Like, everyone puts their bid in a sealed envelope and sometime later they're opened and the highest bid wins or something?  I really would like to not have to ship it, because I do have the original box but I would have to take the playset apart to fit it back in the box!  (I found it mint in box in Spokane around 1999 so it's complete and mint.)

I am super excited to go to the party! I keep reminding my hubby about it so he doesn't forget that he needs to watch the kids. I am not going to get the craft done that I wanted to, but I am hoping to get a different (easier ) one done! I can't wait to see everyone's pretty ponies!
