I had a blast! It was so worth the drive from Oregon City I can't wait for next year's party.

Thank you Galactica and everyone who fed me that yummy food! Oh, and Hannaliten and Painted Hooves for the customizing advice, I can't wait to start!

(Also, I got my inspiration for my Strawberry-themed custom already! I can't wait to start! I think I need to browse through under-the-sea customs to get ideas.)

Yes, even at the bins Brian has been washed, he's currently in the dryer. This should be interesting!

I'm so glad that we were able to get together and have a day filled with ponies - I had a blast!  I'm excited to see everyone again this summer.

By the way, I just want to say a big "thank you" to all of you amazing customizing ladies - I feel so inspired to work on customs now.

I am going to kidnap some more Oregonian arena peeps for the next one. I am already talking to a good friend in Missouri about flying out for it!

Oh, I was wondering if we can add a contest for novice customizers? I know we had quite a few people who hadn't customized before, I know it's intimidating entering against veterans, and I would love to see what they do! Or, we could just see which novice customizer got the most votes in general?

Also, people who brought customs and ponies to sell, I will be bringing more money next time  There were at least 4 ponies I wanted to buy but I didn't have the money. I can't believe how many awesome customizers we have in the area!

Just finally got on the computer since Saturday! I want to say thank you too to Galactica for hosting the pony party! It was so much fun! I'm glad I got to meet all you wonderful ladies in person! It's so nice to put a person to a username. Hopefully I'll be able to bring more money next time too! We'll see how next year goes.

Thanks to all the customizers who shared advice and baits! I feel super inspired to try customizing! I've got an idea for the strawberry category already too! I love the idea of having a novice cattegory, I'm sure mine will not be nearly as good as you veteran customizers! There were so many very lovely customs there at the party!

I'm excited for next year's party. Have we started at thread for that yet? Should we?

P.S. Did anyone find my camera at the party after I left? Did I leave it on your side table Galactica? It's a skinny silver camera in a black case. I haven't been able to find it since the party and I remember putting it behind me on that little side table. Hopefully I didn't lose it!

By the way, Salli - Thank you for driving all the way up from Oregon City. I lived in Beaverton and Dundee, and know how much more of a drive it is for you. I think my first custom may very well have to be a Big Brother.
