Vacation 9/17 through 9/22

Hi all,

I think I have told most of my sellers from whom I am still awaiting ponies, but I will be on vacation this week, returning Saturday.

As my cats are temporarily staying with my parents while my house is for sale, I will not have a pet sitter coming by to check mail, water plants, and take care of kitties.

So I thought it safest to hold my mail starting Monday and ending Saturday. That way if any ponies do come, they will be safe at the post office until I return. In theory, all the held mail will be delivered Saturday. Then I will let you all know that they have arrived and leave feedback.

And I guess the plants will just.... umm.... die.

See you when you get back!  Sometimes the plants are hardy and make it without attention when we go off and leave them...

Haha I'll still be reading the Arena, how could I stay away? Pony business is serious business! 

The plants were something my mom put up to help the house look nice while it sells, but we have been fighting a losing battle because I have so many huge trees they don't get much light. I am death to plants, anyway. When I was 8, I drowned a cactus.

Thanks all it has been good so far, even though today was a little rainy and I forgot to put sunscreen on my upper chest and got burned (I am paler than pale).

I'm so excited for tomorrow, I'm going to go across to the mainland and get my dogs from the kennel where they're boarding them. I'm so psyched, this is the first year we've come in the off-season when the "no dogs on the beach" hours aren't in effect. I'm going to try my hardest to teach my girl to swim. She wasn't into it last summer.
