I received the posters today - shipped on 6th of September - that day I wrote him my first PM and not the date we agreed to ship.

Fine -  but still did'nt know if he received my part of the trade (but I guess he did)

Anyway I have no clue what feedback I should leave.... mmmh

Whatever you decide to give in feedback. Please mentorn this delay and the non-communication. It's really important, and I would want to know if I were to trade with someone like this in the future.

So he didn't ship until about 3 weeks after the agreed date.
And during that time *and* after he refused to communicate, he read your pm:s but ignored them.
Seriously..! 

It does seem he waited until he recieved the package from you before he shipped. And it's probably a repeted behavior too, judging from what kitkatvintage said.

In any case, please mention what he did when you leave feedback! That way people will know the risk of him acting the same if they do a trade with him.

I suppose if a person was dealing with a new member or someone with questionable history I could see waiting to ship if and only if the other person agreed. Honestly I don't agree with holding one end of the trade hostage until you get yours. Especially with a refusal to communicate and when dealing with a very well established and respected member of the community. I'd leave straight negative feedback. Lied about shipping, refused to communicate, all and all very disrespectful trader.

I will let everyone know what the datestamp on my package is, if/when I recieve it.  I agree with Sarahlacewing here, when dealing with someone with 0 feedback, it's good to let them send first.  But I will be personally quite offended if he waits to send his end after receiving mine, because I don't have negative feedback and I'm certainly not on the Bad Trader List.  There would be absolutely no reason to suspect that I wouldn't follow through with a trade!

I'm happy to hear you recieved your posters at last   but it does sound as though he waited for your parcel to arrive with him before he sent his side of the trade to you.  Also the continued lack of communication is worrying,as is the fact that this seems to be a pattern.   As has been mentioned, please leave some appropriate feedback so that others who potentially want to trade with him in future will know of potential issues.

Not negative but neutral.

I put all important informations in the details.

Why not negative?
I mean in the end I received the stuff, even if it's not okay to ship way later we agreed and no communication at all anymore.
He did'nt  scam me so I thought negative would be a bit too hard - or prolly I'm just too tolerant =)

You are so nice BerryMouse.  I wish all traders/sellers/buyers were as considerate as you.  The important thing is accurate feedback so if you felt neutral was warranted over negative that is the right call to make.  You get a big  for being great.

I am happy to hear you received your posters Berry!  I know it was a hard decision to start a thread concerning this but you did the right thing.

I am also happy to see that appropriate feedback was left. A simple email would have stopped the concern and confusion this has caused.  I do hope in the future that he understands how a trade works and how important communication is.

Still have not heard anything on my end either for a trade with GreyCapstan. I recieved his half and he recieved mine(or so my USPS tracking tells me) and yet have not heard from him in a week? I do hope he's alright and eventually responds to us both.
