If you have any questions about how to run something like this, I'd be happy to offer my advice. The hardest part, I think, will be saying No to some people. Making a pony can only be broken down into so many phases, after all. Ideally you will need to pick 2 or 3 people of around the same caliber.

Yeah, saying no to anyone is always hard.

It would be a lot more work, but you could do a couple groups of 3 or 4 that round robin among themselves.
