Brazil Baby Factory Prototype?

I and someone else have already let the seller know the truth about this pony and I have sent him pictures, evidence the pony is not a prototype.. It seems he does not want to change the information about the listing and still wants to market it as a prototype.

That is irritating- judging from how defensive the seller was- I bet that he or she knew all along.

The seller contacted me, I was the other person that posted about the pony on the listing. He answered in portuguese so I won't be quoting it here, but it became clear he's watching this topic and knows wat's going on
Anyhow, I contacted some friends that work with that sort of promotions, they *might* be able to help me find out if there's some way to get these ponies. I'll keep you ponies updated

I saw that listing yesterday. I also saw the comments and the seller responded a bit.... like they just want the pony to be a prototype. It has been clearly told it's not, but i think he does not change anything so maybe someone thinks they have a OOAK & pays that actual high BIN.

Let's hope no one does that.

Forgive my bluntness but that pisses me off.  Given all the facts refusing to clarify the listing is just lying.  It's false advertising.  This person is purposefully misrepresenting the item because they hope they will catch someone who doesn't know better.  The decent thing to do would be to change the listing to be accurate. And I personally am going to put this seller on my block list.  It isn't right.

I completely agree with you Sarahlacewing which is why I tried to bring it to his attention in the first place. The fact that he won't change the listing after he knows the truth is not right at all. It is now intentional misrepresentation. I will not be purchasing from him either. I too hope no one bids thinking the pony is in fact a prototype

I used to love the candy with a toy inside items.  I think they discontinued them largely here in the US though.  Maybe just the smaller items for choking hazards.  But I remember stuff like that when I was little.  Things that make you go

(I messaged him too- I am sure he posted the questions so he could say that he is being honest about the listing and not get in trouble when the buyer purchases and then later finds out it was not what they thought...)
