I have a wanted ad for the sweet slumbers too, I think I'm just going to evilbay it, lol.  I'm afraid Hasbro is going to 'daisy dreams' some of these releases though, and then I'll have paid out the butt for them for nothing.

We had the schoolhouse in abundance, though I twice picked it up for people here on the arena who asked me, and had them tell me they didn't need it after all, and had to return it. =/ 

Talk about rude! That would put me off picking up stuff for others for a while. >.< Sorry you had to go through that.

I know exactly what you mean! It even happened back in the G3 days. I bought a set of UK-exclusive babies and they were all released the next year in the US.

Dusky is spot on on pricing - the Slumber/Picnic sets are the £12 ish region and the school £16 - so thats about $16 and $20 ish each....

I  waited forever for these to come out in the US and never saw them either so recently I finally broke down and found someone in the UK to help me out.  We ended up trading.  I got some exclusives from here for her to trade.    Very helpful!

You could try doing that.  Put a thread in the "For Trade" and/or  "Wanted" forums to find someone to help you out before they are sold out in stores internationally.
