when you decide to start selling these, count me in as a buyer.  I just went to work on my customs I've been ignoring and I'm missing two neck plugs. No idea where they went, lol

Sounds good! I have 4 made that I am testing.  So far the biggest problem has been scoring when I inserted them.  No breakage yet.  I think I am almost ready to send a few out for further tests.  Please if I pm you about testing one be totally honest in your review.  They won't do folks any good if they aren't up to par. :)

Ok guys ready for live tests now.  It will take some time to get them all shipped out.  Right now I am limiting my testers to a few US people to save on shipping costs.

No worries! This kind of trial and error thing takes way too much time.

In the end I hope these will be suitable for use but I don't know if they will be.  The real question will be is if they can be a replacement for broken plugs.  So the structure has to be at least equally strong as the plastic plugs.  I haven't had any breaks but I have been careful with them in my tests.  And I have noted scoring from pliers.  But even if it turns out to be a waste at least we will know.

Btw the new mold solution I got is 1,000 times better.  Sculpey brand mold maker is ok for half molds but it is not durable.  I do not recommend it. New mold maker is castin' craft  easy mold brand.  Costs like $20 but soooo much better.

I don't break em too much anymore, but there are the occasional snaps. Will these fit fillies as well? I suppose I would buy a 5 pack or so for back ups to have on hand depending on price. What price were you thinking?

Honestly the only plugs I have replicated have been the standard size. I haven't been able to get a filly or a princess mold to compare the two. Anyone who has a clean plug of these two that could offer a comparison pic I'd love to see if there is significant size difference.

As far as cost I think they will cost around .50-1.00 to make.
