I've heard of that pregnant dfoll!  I know they made a Barbie one...not sure what the older one is.

That second one is awesome..oh hell with it, they're ALL awesome.

I had the Barbie one! My mom had a collection of discontinued barbies, anything that was pulled from the shelf for choking kids, not fitting in the dream house, tattoos, whatever, she'd go buy it, and the first pregnant Barbie was in that collection, lol.

Didn't buy this one either, but I'd love to know what's going on with it!

That pregnant doll...that is horrifying. That baby is taking up half her body! Besides the creepy dead baby face peeking out of the shadow, the fact that he'd probably kill the woman by being so huge is nightmarish!

That's an awesome monkey!!  LOL

Funny about that doll too. I'll look her up XD

Is she here  Fourth from the bottom?  http://dollreference.com/ideal_toy_dolls1960s.html

No, I don't think it was her. Although, my Grandma is notoriously cheap, and never bought brand name toys for her kids, so maybe my Mom, out of envy for a fancier doll, named hers that intentionally? (She always had Tammy or Midge instead of Barbie :P ) Hers looked more like the "Bonnet Baby," fifth down. Thanks for looking, though!
Wait, what am I saying? Those dolls are terrifying! Thanks for making me relive the memories, you meanie!
I'll put something here some time

Okay, I think some of these would fit. I love all of these by the way.  Trudy the Three Faced Doll by 3 and 1 Doll company 1930/1940.  This is her sad face.  You turn her head for happy and sleepy.  She is awesome.
Then dream pets from the 1960's
An antique rabbit fur fox critter
2 Handmade one eye'd monsters that my DH bought me that I really have no idea what I can say about them that is positive. :P

Yeah that was tula, not me! LOL  Tula--you have some awesome old toys!!  I have a three-headed doll, but it's a lot cuter.  And there's one from the 60s called Little lost Girl or something.

This is the one I have:
