they are already present in Hungary too! I just spotted some of these yellow bags in a local shop about a week ago.
(too bad I want to have some ponies from the previous set, which I never saw here -___- )

I have yet to see one blind bag in my town :(  Thanks for the picture. I love looking at it :)
