I make Goat's milk soap from scratch, and want to start selling it online. Does anyone use Ecrater to sell their stuff and can anyone tell me how to use it?

I've never used it, but I went on the site and the FAQ doesn't really tell you much. I would assume that there's a walkthrough when you join, though.

Yeah, it's a little confusing. I was hoping I could find someone with some experience. I'm terrified of the shipping part! I want to jump in with both feet, but I'm scared of the water! LOL My soaps have been selling pretty well, so I thought that I would expandand sell them online as well.

I don't really know how ecrater works, as I've only bought things using it, not sold. But maybe you could use etsy, as it's much easier to use and may get you more business, as it's more popular.

That's the largest marketplace for crafty things like soaps, that's going to your biggest audience. So if it's the fees that's turning you off, just realize that you may have 100K people buy 20 soaps on etsy, but only 100 people buy 2 soaps on a less popular site.
Take out fees, and even then, you're still making more money.

I will probably will eventually sell them on etsy, but yes the fees turn me off. I have a domain name, and on my soaps they have my website adress- that will lead them to my website, and the ordering page will send them to my ecrater account.

you should be able to easily link to your etsy

Just change the hyperlink from the ecrater to whatever your etsy shop link would be
