Ponies don't have enough different releases! MH just keeps coming.  I'm now up to 10 too.  And I said I'd only have 1...

That's how I ended up with the dolls - no new ponies!

I'm pretty much in agreement. I haven't seen the new pony singles (Trixie & Lyra, anypony else), just the bigger and more expensive pieces that have terrible QC and I just don't want to spend what little money I have on those things. So I got Rochelle (and Nefera and Operetta) instead. 

I am definitely noticing a heightened interest in all dolls. I don't know how I feel about that yet.

I know what you mean, guys. I went to Walmart to see if ey had the new wave of ponies to buy. They didn't and I walked out with a doll. Dagnabbit!

Its the opposite way around for me! Started out with MH dolls, and when i can't get dolls i find myself eyeing the ponies Just one wouldn't hurt right? *looks at her Monster High collection that started with just one* okaaaay maybe not

^^This. Before MH I didn't have a huge interest in dolls at all. When I started collecting them I was sure that they were the only type of doll that was going to want. Now I own Bratzillaz, Winx, and Disney dolls too

I have the same trouble as you guys with ponies! the lastw ave we got in Sweden is wave 4 and nothing since that so I already have all the ponies. So MH got my collecting addiction instead

Yes... yes MH has filled the void ponies gave me. Though I've given up on G4 in favor of dolls... and because I hate lurking the internet for stuff I want for older ponies they also fill that void....

I swore Toralei was gonna be the only one.. the Lagoona... and 13 dolls later I just can't stop xD

I didn't have any dolls until I started posting here, and now I'm up to 29 and I have 3 on the way. O_O

I seriously had no idea I even had that many, I just went to go count and was like  !

I'm not sure how many dolls I have at the moment...I have 22 lined up on my dresser, and at least that many in a box because I don't have room to have them out right now (and I don't want my mom to know how many I really have )...plus a few at my boyfriend's, and 10 winx dolls....and 4 Bratzillaz.....and 4 Disney dolls.....

Said I was only gonna get 2 (Sginature Lagoona & Frankie) but now I have 19. I'm just glad I'm only/mostly sticking to Signature releases, if not then I'd be all over the walls trying to keep the ongoing search from falling behind.

I only have 4 and haven't gotten a new one since May. Just waiting til I find one I REALLY want and when there isn't a pony I want more. Nothing can replace the G4s!

I was planning on getting the ones I wanted and at first it was only around five... now I have twelve with at least five more on my wishlist xD;

I started in April when my boyfriend bought me Rochelle and the GB 5 pack as a graduation gift, and I never bothered to set a number limit for myself with these dolls, because I knew I'd never be able to stick to it. I have been trying to thin out my numbers though. I compare the different dolls of each character and from the ones that have similar faceups I decide which I like more.

I do want all of the clothes and shoes though, and that creates a problem when you see those things on ebay for the cost of the doll or more  So I figure it just makes more sense to buy the doll whole and sell it nude, then to buy a pair of doll shoes for $10
