Some of the items are fakie wear and a couple look hand made but some of them are MLP

1) The hat is from Bedtime, the dress is from Sunday Stroll and the blanket is from the Baby Buggy
2) The hat is from the UK release of Bedtime
3) The white skirt is from Strike Up The Band
4) The pink dress is the UK Carnival Time
5) The pink hat is from Baby Buggy

Even in poor condition I would think those twins should be $40 for the set

In the pic on this page, the blue cups, pink popcorn bowl and blue curlers go to Midnight Celebration with Moondancer (G3.). The pink candle and cake goes to Razaroo's birthday celebration set (also g3.).

The pink cake pieces are g3 but I don't know what set.

I can't see very well in that last pic, but in the middle there you've definitely got G2 Princess Golden Lights orange fan, sunglasses and yellow headdress.

I also see a blue/aqua first tooth baby toothbrush at the front edge. They are always desirable.

Gosh that picture is an eclectic mix across all gens

It looks like a lot to work through but its often easier for people to identify items when just a few pieces are in one one image at a time. What about photographing a handful of items and uploading them to something like photobucket. Post a link in the Corral asking for ID and PC at the same time?
