Does anyone else think he's a pretty random character to add? Then again I think the same about Gilda and the spa pony. These one-episode characters are neat and all but I wish they'd put this much effort into making the brushables better!

Everyone keeps calling it a blind bag, but its actually the size of a playful pony. In the items descrpition, it says 2-3 inches.

I don't think that measurement would be correct. He looks like regular blind bag type size? It wouldn't make much sense for him to be that big. And I think these kind of sellers get details wrong sometimes, I once saw a regular brushable Fluttershy being listed as four inches tall.

I don't find this a random character insertion at all. These sets are focused on more towards the adult collectors. Thus why we are seeing the background ponies being put into sets that folks go crazy over.

He is not random. He's Hoity Toity, fashion pony, so he'd be a good pony to include with Rarity. He's one of my favourite ponies.

I hear you!!!! I mentioned in another thread that it appears our desire for new characters is going to be filled by the blind bags - when  you consider the number already released and the number we have now seen unconfirmed its a tremendous amount of characters.

Ah, I'm so excited! Hoity Toity is by leaps and bounds my favorite side pony. I agree that he'll probably be in a Miniature Collection set with Rarity which makes me even more excited! I wonder who else they will put with them? My hope is for another fashion pony like Photo Finish or Fancypants, but they could use Sweetie Belle for all I know. First of a filly mold.
