How to clean this SS Twilight?

I recently got an upgrade to a SS Twilight pony and was going to sale the extra one, but she has some stains on her that I assume is dirt and was wondering the best way to try to clean her without damaging her flocking. Would regular cold water, soap and a toothbrush work? She is gorgeous otherwise with nice, pink hair and curls! Only washed her hair. Would also like a price check on her too. Here are some pics:

I think those are rust stains, they are very hard to get out!

I would go with soap and water to begin with (and you can use warm water, just don't use super hot water), and see if they come out. If they don't, try a whitening toothpaste or a rust remover solution on them

 I would brush her carefully with a toothbrush and a bit soap, later you can also use toothpaste.

I agree with others - cool water, delicacy and a toothbrush. However, I would use toothpaste from the start as it tends to be gentle enough with flocking but tough on stains [does that sound like an advert for a dishwater tablet ]
