Bath and Bodyworks Swap: Shipping and receiving

Well I've just spammed the board up leaving comments on all the posts I could find so far.  Sorry mods!! 

Like I said before, everyone did such a good job with their ponies!  This swap really produced some awesome work!

Thank you, Phyllie. I'm happy to hear that. My biggest worry when hosting this was to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves and had fun. I'm glad that everyone had enough fun to turn out some beautiful ponies.

And apparently the "Little Piece of Rainbow" pony that I was commissioned to do, that was super packaged and mailed out on the same day, came even more broken.  Like super broken. So I'm having it sent back to me to be fixed and I'm going to mail it back FedEx.   Two in a row. And one really really broken despite being wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue paper, packing peanuts, a hard/thick cardboard box, and being labeled fragil?  I just don't know that I trust USPS anymore.  That and being told by their customer service that paying for delivery confirmation doesn't guarantee that they will actually scan the code or track the package and that if I want the package tracked, I need to pay for "express shipping". 

I've never had this happen before. I"m beyond upset with USPS.

I saw your picture when it was time to ship, and I was so confused!  I was all like "Wait, haven't I seen this before?" But no. There are differences to be sure. But they are indeed sisters!

USPS fears me right now >.>

I filed a claim for my package from RDUS that went missing (mind you the first one went missing, and now the second one is missing too!) they came back to me on the claim today and were like "Sorry we can't do anything please wait, the tracking states it's in transit"

I was like.... DUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHH! and I called USPS back and told them that their answer is unacceptable and i want them to find the package, not tell me to wait. The rep escalated the claim and they said they'll get back to me either today or monday with the results of the research, and if they try to give me that answer again, I will escalate it even further.

Even if I have to contact the freaking president I will!

I paid for express shipping in the hopes that my pony will get going to her new home faster. *crosses fingers. At this point I'm surprised that the mods don't have a permanent thread in WYP for PO rants.

I got my pony! I actually got her Friday, but I was selling at a craft fair yesterday and had no time to post. It is Wild Honeysuckle from Heftysmurf76! I love her, she's even in my all-time favorite pose! My daughter loves her, too, and it inspired her to make a bracelet to match the pony! When I get the chance I'll post a pic of her bracelet. And , no, hefty, I did not know honeysuckle came in purple!

Looks like we are just waiting on 4 more ponies to arrive and we will be done. I know that some of those ponies were shipped from over seas, so It's anyones guess as to how long they will take. Hopefully it won't be too long

well mines could be in my post department just now but due to a mistake by the post office i have no proof to collect the parcel (bearing in mind this may not actually be the pony but another parcel i'm waiting on) so its being re delivered on saturday (tomorrow) so i'm hoping someone is in my house to collect it if not it will be monday earliest that i will know
