I just wanted to check based on the topic title: is the problem with UPS or the US Postal Service. Right now I am :enraged: with USPS.

US postal service and yes I believe we are all a little  :pullhair: with them right now. The post man left my package by my mailbox instead of turning it into the office which he's NOT supposed to do but whatever I got it >.> Yay underwater art pony and Venus!

United states postal service is USPS generally :) I think that's where the confusion is.
