it was, unfortunately the price has now been updated, and those who preordered got a letter informing them about the error. (I didn't preorder, together with P&P it would have been too much for me already but I know some people who did)

When i was little I always thought they were owls or something, lol. I am not sure whether or not I got one when they first came out (I was 3) but I remember getting one that gave birth to babies or something from my grandma. Oh, yes, and I remember going to McDonald's with my grandma buying the McDonald's toys... I think she still has a Furby on her keychain somewhere. And didn't they come to Burger King a while back? I remember getting plastic ones or something there...

 I'm not sure if I will get one of these new ones... Or which color I would get lol. If I do get one I might try to get my grandma one too, she used to love these!

On a side note, in the Walmart video it's kinda funny how the little kids think its something brand new and don't recognize it... Hehe I feel kinda old now... Lol.

Ooooh, no. None for me, thanks! I had a Furby only because my best friend had one.  I have no idea how my dog or son would react to that...

On second thought, that might be enjoyable to watch. (My son had one of those ZhuZhu pets. Our dog HATES it. Even more so that she has a long haired tail... and it got stuck in her tail. >< She doesn't like toys that move, haha.)

The blue one is REALLY pretty. If they weren't so expensive I may look into getting one. Truth be told, I live at home with my parents and I would feel foolish playing around with a Furby in front of them. Yes, this contradicts everything I preach, but I can't help it!

The yellow one is cute too, I must say. All sunshiney and happy looking.

I was barley born around that time so I did not have one, but my mom said my sisters did lol. Its kinda creepy and a little cute but 60 bucks

yeeeah I canceled my order. $19.99 was worth  to try it out but not at $50.00. I just can't fork it over for an annoying toy that will probably fall victim to my sock drawer.

Hopefully they aren't as 'sensitive' as the original Furbies. Example:  One night for no reason at all, I was getting ready for bed. My Furby just woke up for no reason and started chatting away. Another time one in storage did that. Frankly, it's just creepy. From then on, I took the batteries out whenever I wasn't playing with them.

I remember how they would sometimes freeze up or the motor would lock. And sometimes when that happened they made really FREAKY noises. Hopefully they fixed this issue with the new ones.

I got up at like 4AM on Black Friday to get one of these (the originals). I still have mine, I could never part with something that I had to get up at 4AM for. But I don't turn it on...lmao.
