I think it is easiest if everyone interested continues to post in this thread now that it has been stickied rather than having multiple threads in the same forum

I had a thought....we are 7 shirts away from them giving the go ahead to print. what if those of us that can afford it pay a little extra for our shirts to  cover the cost of the 7 needed. The the fair staff could hold some sort of contest and those 7 shirts could be prizes?

i can decide ive fgot some mony comeing in but id spend all of it to get this awesome shirt buyt then again i do need more colthes ive only got like 10 shirts right now and 2 pairs of pants

Question! I might want one. How would I pay for this? Is an arena member ordering them and from where? I read through the previous posts and didn't see it, exactly. I will feel like an idiot if I just missed it!

The person who is ordering them is an arena member, but she is also a fair staff member.  She was the one who originally ordered the shirts for the fair.  I assume we would be paying her via paypal.

That was my assumption as well. Where I have been away sick I have lost track of how many request we have. I think we have 25?
