Accessory/playset ID?

Okay, so I found this gorgeous big glittery flower bagged up with the Twist and Style Petal Parlor and a Barbie-related playset (which has a weeping willow tree with a swing hanging from it), and I have no clue what it is. Though it's missing a couple petals, it looks like it'll be great for photo shoots with smaller ponies.

Anyone know what this is? There's a lever under the petals which closes the petals up slightly, and then another lever which releases them and opens them again.

Thanks for any help you can provide! I can't find any markings that identify copyright or anything on it.

I seem to remember seeing some sort of small Barbie dolls at Walmart a few years ago that came with big flowers like that. I can't remember if the flowers were exactly like that or not, though, and I don't know what they were called; I want to say they were part of one of the Fairytopia lines? 

Although it seems like if it is what I'm thinking of, it'd be marked Mattel somewhere...
