I just have to tell you this funny story! 
My hubby was walking by my dolly table, and noticed my CAM ghost parts on the table. He goes "Oh my gawd! What have you done to Spectra! Why are her legs just sitting on the table!"

This is my husband who cares nothing for my dolls; my husband who I didn't think knew a Spectra from a Cleo. I almost fell over laughing

Okay, maybe it was one of those "You had to be there" moments

Hahaha, I've had moments like that with ponies!
I was cleaning a pony and "Why is Applejack in the sink..?" "YOU KNOW HER NAME?"

Also, I feel you guys on the spending spree. I had extra money coming in for the summer, and it has dried up [well, dollied up] and now I have to learn how to not buy a doll every two days or so....

You certainly aren't the only one! When my fiance mentions something about ponies or dolls that I said in passing I'm just "asjkhgasdgsagd YOU REMEMBER THAT?"... it's even more adorable now with MH because he has a slight interest in them, so he actually shares the hobby with me. It was beyond cute when he was looking for a Frankie for himself :3c

I don't think we have anything to worry about just yet, but apparently Mezco Toys has lodged a trademark infringement suit against Mattel for using the same name as one of their Living Dead Dolls spinoff lines (Scary Tales):

If Mattel loses the lawsuit, it's possible they'd have to recall the line, but I doubt it'd come to that.

I thought School's Out Lagoona was the most gorgeous MH doll of them all for the longest time. She was my holiest of holy grails. I managed to get her in a trade, but once I had her in hand, I found I didn't like her that much. Her hair isn't all wavy like it is in the promo pic, and her lipstick made her mouth look too big. I wiped it off and repainted it and that has improved things. I still found that I preferred Mad Science Lagoona, though. I thought she was way prettier. Then, just recently, I got a Dead Tired Lagoona and now she is my absolute fave! Whew!

All Lagoonas are so pretty IMO, But yes DT Lagoona is gorgeous!

Now I feel odd,  I don't like DT Lagoona,  mostly because of her short hair and color of the makeup. 

Lagoona is the most scarce doll here were I live, I have only seen the DT one, but when I went to vacation to California this year I got a ss Lagoona and she is so pretty

My friends completely suprised me yesterday and got me 1600 Draculaura for my birthday! One of them knows of my MH love (and has dolls herself), but I never expected that! She's so pretty, and is very appropriate for my upcoming birthday.

I really hope they continue the scary tales series and make Lagoona the little mermaid and Cleo sleeping beauty *O* I want it to happen D:

You mean Dawn of the Dance right? I though you meant the new Danca Class and I was like; There are pics of them out? O_O

DotD Lagoona is probably my least favourite. Her hair just doesn't work for me. Though her shoes are amazing!

Ooooh I knew this would happen. As I collect Living Dead Dolls as well I thought of them instantly when Monster High brought out their Scary Tales line. I think they'll most likely just want some of the profit Mattel made out of them and for them to change the name though.

My little brother (who I spoil A LOT) just called me because he's with my sister in southern of Sweden atm and went into a toystore to get me a MH doll I don't think he should spend his allowence on me but he was really persistant and apperantly bought me a doll and made me promise not to buy any doll until he gets home so I won't get a double. He's so sweet and I'm sitting here with the biggest smile on my face :3

Best part is, he totally got everything I was saying and could even tell me wich dolls the store had by reading the boxes (which is something my sister would'nt, she would just try to describe them O__o which is hard for me to translate!)

Cutepie <3 I'll have to treat him to the cinema when he gets home!
