Whats up with this pony? Venny related.

a while back someone said unknown country ponies were made in Isreal. I don't remember who it was that suggested that though.

I think there may have been more than one who have suggested that. I know one (poss the only one, if it was only one person) was living in the UK at the time, but had lived elsewhere when she was a child. Can't remember who it was though! May have been Rowenatm, but not sure.

I was checking the plastic on my Colombian, Venny and Pink CC. The Venny plastic is the hardest. The Colombian and pink CC are both softer. But the pink CC seems to have a more sticky or tacky plastic. She is also more shiny.
I have had the head of pink CC before, and I think I have taken pictures of the inside, but I cant seem to find them, and dont remember what it looked like in there. I am a little worried about taking her head off again, as she has a bit of a tear in the plastic.

I agree that she has a South American look to her.

OK if the experts rule out Colombian, than does anybody know if there's like a "Basa" story about how maybe the colombian mold got used in another South American country?  I agree her hair totally comes off as more a Venne look, so she's a venezuelan/colombian cross at this point in my mind :-)

So now I am thinking Bisanti had another production run of ponies and the cotton candy and delany's minty are the CP poses in this other mold...

I wonder what those early venne finds are body type-wise =  I think they are blossoms too = the kind of motley green ones?  Anyone have a pic of the feet to share?  I couldn't find any myself... but then I know I am not the best at doing searches

You're right, Glacia, she is rather reminiscent of that pony! I'm certainly not ruling Venezuela out, but I still don't think we can say for sure just yet!

nice spotting on the blossom, it is a good clue, the colours are the same and the pose, but the feet marks are wrong

i wonder if all the CP venuzlean ponies have flat feet or not? that would be another clue.

well that's what I thought at first PKW = that all the Venne's were like the mexican flat feet-ers

than I was re-reading your earlier post about production runs... and thinking rightly/wrongly how that ties in similarly (production runs that is) to other nirvana = italians come to mind with hoof stamps etc. 

so now I supposedly have a "hecho en Venezuela" from Bisanti with a CP pony that has a hasbro stamp and looks like TwoMore's feet  :-) and so I'm at = connect-the-dots

so yeah, I'm jumping to conclusions a bit ...

I still way curious about those green-y colored CP-ers and what the bottom of their feet look like = if anyone has and can provide a pic that'd be super

Both my cotton candy-s are flat = I have the blue and the applejack version = but the orange versions spots don't match the blue's pattern.  I'll go grab to update with a pic to see if orange matches closer to TwoMore's pink...

I think the Delaneys had one of the green Blossoms that showed up years back, but I'm not 100% on that

I saved pics of the greeny-blue Blossom with yellow hair from a website way back when - her feet are concave with (c) 82 Hasbro Pat Pend, but doesn't really look Venezuelan (could be Colombian - not sure if  this ever got confirmed, but it may have been)

I really hope we can keep finding more Vennys. I thought this mystery CC would be confirmed by another Venny find in the same coloring. But I guess we still have to wait...
