Ugh. I know how you feel - I just looked on Etsy the other day and discovered I've got a neutral feedback as well. I mailed out a pony about 2 months ago, and it was probably received about 2 weeks, maybe 3 if it was a delay. Just 10 days ago, the buyer left me feedback saying that I mailed the pony without the head attached and I didn't notify her that this was how I was mailing it. I know for certain that it left my house well-padded and intact in a very sturdy box, so my thought is that it made a rough trip through customs, but still, I'd think that most people would contact the seller immediately rather than assuming they'd rip a head off prior to mailing.
