US Blind Bags Wave 3 and Wave 4- Where have they been found?

My Walmart here in Maryland just got wave 3 the other day.

Kmart just put out wave 1. They are in the front of the store in the large MLP/LPS? hang box, near the collector cards.

Is there an expert here who can help me determine which of the wave 2 bags will not be available in any way here in the US.  Let me explain, am I correct that a few of the ponies in the new ponyville pack at toys r us are repeats from this set?  Maybe like 3 of them or something.  And then of course the main 6 that we already have.  And then are some of the target glittery ones repeats from this set, or are they slightly different?

Trying to come up with a list of exactly which ones I will need to trade for or go to ebay for.  I want one of each pony that is made so I don't have to buy the ones that I can get in the toys r us set etc....

Does that make sense?  Or does anyone have an idea of which ones are repeats?

The only duplicates between the sets - i.e. the only ponies of Wave 2 that appear in the next set - are the popular Blossomforth, Lulu Luck and Rainbow Flash

Ok thanks for that info.  So you can ignore the main 6 and those 3 that are in the ponyville pack.  So of the 24, 9 of them I don't need to track down.  Are any of the glitter ones the same as the new target glitter pack?  I thought I read that one of them was a repeat?  Anyone know for sure?

Wave 3 plus the 3 packs are in my local Fred Meyer so weird but awesome!

I called my local Wal-Mart and they have a box in the back. They are going to call me back when they get to it and let me know if it has purple or blue bags. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be one of the new waves.

I'm supposed to hear from them in an hour. If they have the ones I need, I am gonna jump in the car for a late night trip to Wally World! LOL. The problem? It's storming outside right now. But I'm desperate enough to trek the soggy, slippery highways if it's ponies I need!

I have only still seen wave1 and the wave 3(purple)
I have yet to find wave 4 (blue)
How many are actually finding wave 4?
I really need wave 4 but then again who doesnt..

I fear all my local Walmarts are only getting Wave 4 now (leaving me with no source of Wave 3). Seems like they all got 1 box of Wave 3, then the boxes after that are all Wave 4.

Yes, I am finding mostly Wave 4 (blue).

I don't even think that the Walmarts near me even got in Wave 3. I've been going there often this summer  (at least a few days each week), and I've never seen Wave 3 of the shelves. Seemed like the stores that I know carry the blind bags went from Wave 1 to Wave 4.
...Unless someone bought a whole Wave 3 case/box when they did get them in. lol

I haven't seen Wave 4 yet, though I am glad I bought all of Wave 3 when I saw them in stock!  Our Wal-Mart got in one box of Wave 3 and has just left the nearly-empty box there (I say "nearly empty" because it still has 2 opened and empty bags, a lonely Pinkie Pie, and an empty case and discarded wrapper to a Nirvana CD...)

My TRU had one box of wave 3 and went back to stocking wave 1. Still have never seen blind bags at WalMart

I'm still only finding Wave 1! My area sure is behind. I wasn't overly bothered by wave 2 being skipped here but then i discovered Feathermay is in wave 2. She is only regular sized G4 I have bought because she reminds me of my little sister. I'd really like to get a hold of the bb version. But not pay as much as a regular sized pony for her

But I sure hit the jackpot today! That very same Wal-Mart I spoke to went to the back room today and had a whole case of wave 4! I bought the whole thing! Showing off my spoils!

I'm waiting until tomorrow when I get home from work to open them all up since it will be a long day and it will give me something to look forward to when I get home.

Hoping I eventually find wave 3. I've been calling a lot of Wal-Marts and many of them are in the process of redoing their toy mod. Most of them have blindbags in the back of the store but are in a hard to reach area on a pallet high up in the steel. I am wondering if they all have wave 4 or if maybe they get a random box and some of them have wave 3. I hope I get lucky and manage to find an entire case of wave 3 ponies.

Oh, and I went to TRU today and they had the collectors pack with Nightmare Moon. Whoohoo!

Haha good! And yaaay!  Congrats! Both Walmarts I went to had wave 3, so they are being shipped to them for sure. I know it's annoying now to find them but I'm sure in a few months we'll be all ugghh wave 4 still!?

I found the collector's set too woot!
