Yeah, my mom received this same email. I suppose it's because it's a preorder, or maybe it was back ordered??? But either way I know I'll eventually get it.

I got the 'back ordered' email too, but didn't get the same kind of email for the Favorites and White Celestia orders I placed earlier. And, logging in on toysrus.com shows my 2 earlier orders but doesn't list the Zecora order on my account - anyone able to see their Zecora order when logged in to toysrus.com? (Maybe I just forgot to log in when making that order?)

I can see mine still! It just lists it as Backordered in the status when click to see the details of the order. You probably just forgot to log in.

Update: Zecora's link is working for me right now! Does show "Backordered", but works!

White Celestia still works too, Favorites Collection still doesn't work.
