Hey ponies!

Long time no see.
I have been insanely busy with work and other real life issues, but now im back. (at least a bit)

I have finally managed to finish a set of four ponies i've been working on. (started first one last spring....)
Also gonna show proper pictures of the christmas pony i made for the christmas that's been.
And then lastly there is a swedish pony I made for my in-laws when they were here visiting a couple of weeks ago. :)

let's get to the pics!



The set I made features the four seasons.
They are made from fashion style pinkie pie (x2) and rarity (x2) with one pair of "head change".
Rerooted in acrylic yarn and fluffed.

Oh my, wonderfull customs!! :lovey:

The hair is brilliant! Do you buy it like that or do you make it 'poofy' yourself? I like it so much, your tips are welcome! :)

thank you all for your very kind comments. :)

to answer the poofy hair questions, they are rerooted with yarn that i buy at my local craft store. says on the lable 100% acrylic.

I cut pieces of a decent lenght (no point making too long bits, they get short in the end anyway)
then I always separate the yarn into four strands. (the yarn I use is made from four strands twisted together)
then I reroot my pony of choice.
glue the hair into the head to secure it.
then I use a dog slicker brush and gently brush the yarn to make it seperate and get poofy.
(there is always Massive "yarn loss" so don't get scared and think the hair is falling out.)
then it's just a matter of styling and Voila!
