You're supposed to push the yellow heart which triggers her belly to open and the babies come flying out :P Was a long time ago since I had mine unpacked from storage but I do believe there's a small stick too at one side of the belly to help opening and closing the belly part.

Yes, there is a little sticky-out bit at the side that you can use to help open and close the belly, but it only works if the mechanism isn't broken. I heard that even collectors whose ponies have the mechanism working perfectly often leave the belly open because it breaks so easily. I guess it's one of those concepts that work well in theory, but were never tested in real, little-girl hands. :)

That's AMAZING! I'm going to have to pop in my local charity shops, I haven't tried them yet. I had her as a kid, and just rebought her from eBay. And got copies of her twins from someone on the TP :) They need painting still though.
